The goal of this stage is to generate a term sheet for investment acceptable to you and to the investors. CincyTech normally invests with other funds and private investors to leverage the amount of money to invest.

The EIRs will work with you to develop the money plan, build the term sheet into your business plan and help you approach several other sources of capital to meet your financial requirements. These stages are all iterative. There are many forces that affect the speed at which you progress through each of these stages: Market conditions, presence of competition, supply/demand changes and many others.
Like the other stages, you may need more information, or the EIRs may determine that your opportunity does not fit our investment criteria.
However, if it does meet our investment criteria, a term sheet will be prepared and recommended to the investment committee to make the investment in your company.
